This action is permanent
Deleting your account and data cannot be undone. Please read the information below carefully before submitting a request.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a successful deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile (name, phone number, email, profile photo)
- Your pet listings (adoptions, rescues, fostering posts)
- Your booking and appointment history
- Your in-app chat messages and conversation history
- Your wallet balance and transaction history
- Any uploaded documents or media files
What May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for a limited period after your request for the following reasons:
- Legal obligations: Financial records and transaction logs may be retained as required by Saudi law.
- Fraud prevention: Anonymised data may be retained to protect against abuse.
- Dispute resolution: Data related to open disputes or pending refunds until resolved.
Retained data is never used for marketing and is deleted as soon as the legal or operational requirement expires.
How to Delete Your Account In-App
- 1Open the Rafeqi app and log in to your account.
- 2Go to your Profile tab.
- 3Tap Settings.
- 4Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- 5Confirm the deletion when prompted.

If you are unable to access the app, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us at:
Please include the following in your email:
- The phone number or email address associated with your account.
- The subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once completed.
